Managing all the Accounts Receivables and Payables data at Bangalore. The scanned images of the Invoice from different clients are received on a daily basis. The key data is captured and processed. The data is later reconciled with the clients’ batch total and the closing balance of the Client’s payable amount are sent as feedback. The CPA firm saved a lot of time ( due to the time difference) and also Money on the processing of the Data. We handle to the tune of 2000 e-payables per day.

The Aim of the Project is to convert scanned images of checks received at POS (Point of Sale) at various retail centers in US in to a Database and capture some few key data. Now the total volume handled was 24 Lakh Checks in 2 months time with a acquaricy of 99%. This was achieved due to VB based GUI Programme developed by ELSOFT with backend as SQL.

ELSOFT executed a Content Development Project for i2 Technologies. The project consisted of two functions:

a) Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) : Data Mining of Electronic Component Manufacturer Catalogues and capturing the Manufacturer Part Number based on Information like current ratings, voltage ratings, packaging, etc.

b) Maintenance Repairs and Operations (MRO) : Capturing details of Suppliers and Manufacturers Catalogues.
